These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules for the use of the "BVCConnect" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), published by a group of experts (hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher") and dedicated to healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of breast cancer (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)").
Any use of the content or any link to the content of the Application other than under the Terms and Conditions herein defined is strictly prohibited with no liability, whatsoever, on Pfizer in this respect now or later.
By creating an account on the Application, the User has expressly accepted these GCU by ticking a box, without any limitation or reservation, and undertakes to comply with them each time he or she visits the Application. Likewise, when visiting the pages of the Application that do not require registration, the User undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions under the same conditions as those set out above.
